Missing stuff

I am truly disappointed with Isuadar because I choose the shipment from EU warehouse and after I received the radio I verified that the frame, the power cable, the antenna cable and the canbus are missing. You should advertise me about that before sending the radio. Now I am wainting from a package sent from China that will took a lot of time to arrive at Portugal, it will took a lot of tima at portuguese customs and I wil have to pay extra costs at customs. This situation it is not admissible. Isudar is not serious with his customers and I am very, very disappointed with that.
